jsat.regression.evaluation.RelativeAbsoluteError

public class RelativeAbsoluteError
extends TotalHistoryRegressionScore

Uses the Sum of Absolute Errors divided by the sum of the absolute value of the true values subtracted from their mean. This produces an error metric that has no units.
